SP Auto India is equipped with the latest machinery like the Cut Strip Machine from Komax, Crimp Micrograph Machine from Shunk and Ultra Sonic Machine also from Shunk. Apart from this all the assembly is done on the Boards which are custom made for every harness. The strong manufacturing process at SP Auto is the USP for defect free products and we strive to serve the customers with superior quality and reliability.

We have in house capability for producing the jigs and fixtures and every harness irrespective of the design changes are 100% incorporated in the assembly boards.

These boards have POKA-YOKE features which eliminates errors during assembly. 1:1 layout of the harness is meticulously laid out on our boards.

These boards also help in easy tapping and conduit fitments.
